Project supervisor 26 Feb 2010

We are seeking experienced Biochemists to join as Project Supervisors. The role will involve managing a team of 5-6 scientists, ensuring that the team is clear in its objectives and that results are communicated effectively to the senior management team. Ideal candidates should be:

· Postdoctoral scientists (or equivalent research experience), ideally with exposure to industrial science
· Technically excellent, with proven experience in the areas of DNA handling, protein biochemistry and/or physical chemistry
· Proven experience in a supervisory capacity, with a track record of motivating a team to drive a research project forward
· Excellent communication skills; be confident articulating technical concepts and results to senior management Apply Back
